因受颱風影響，台灣好行縱谷花蓮線10/5全面停駛，請旅客勿前往搭車。已訂位之旅客可與客服人員03-8220599 聯絡取消退費或延期。

如需退費之旅客，網路訂購者會刷退至原刷卡信用卡，信用卡退費時間約14-21天；人工訂位者，會退款至指定銀行帳戶，不便之處，敬請見諒！

Due to the typhoon, the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Hualien Route(303B, 303C and 303D) will be completely suspended on 10/5.
Passengers are advised not to go to the station.
Passengers who have already made reservations can contact customer service at +886-3-8220599 to cancel or postpone their trip.
If a refund is required, online customers will be refunded to the original credit card, and the credit card refund time is about 14-21 days;
manual booking customers will be refunded to the designated bank account. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
